제1조 목적 Article 1 Purpose
이 약관은 AI CineCatch(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 AI 영상 큐레이션 서비스의 이용 조건과 회원·이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
These Terms set out the conditions for using AI CineCatch (the "Service") and the rights and duties of members and users.

이 약관은 AI CineCatch(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 AI 영상 큐레이션 서비스의 이용 조건과 회원·이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
These Terms set out the conditions for using AI CineCatch (the "Service") and the rights and duties of members and users.
"서비스"란 AI 영화, AI 드라마, AI 시리즈, AI 애니메이션, AI 단편, AI 쇼츠, 뮤직비디오, 트레일러, 실험작, 광고/커머셜 등을 선별·소개하는 큐레이션 플랫폼을 말합니다.
"Service" means the curated platform that selects and presents AI films, dramas, series, animation, shorts, music videos, trailers, experimental works, and commercials.
"회원"이란 서비스에 계정을 만들고 이용하는 자를 말합니다. "크리에이터"란 작품 또는 채널 정보를 제출하거나 공개 프로필이 연결된 제작자·스튜디오·파트너·큐레이터를 말합니다.
"Member" means a person with an account. "Creator" means a producer, studio, partner, or curator who submits work or channel information or is linked to a public profile.
"작품"이란 서비스에 소개되는 영상 정보와, 연결된 외부 URL·임베드 정보를 포함합니다. 서비스가 해당 영상의 파일을 직접 보관한다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
"Work" includes title information and linked external URLs or embeds. It does not mean the Service hosts the video file itself.
서비스는 이 약관을 서비스 화면에 게시합니다. 약관을 변경하는 경우 시행일 및 변경 내용을 공지합니다.
These Terms are posted on the Service. If they change, the effective date and the changes will be announced.
변경 약관에 동의하지 않는 회원은 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
Members who do not agree to updated Terms may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
서비스는 전 세계 AI 영상 작품 중 볼 만한 작품을 선별해 소개하는 큐레이션·정보 제공 플랫폼입니다. 랭킹, 어워드, 큐레이터 추천 등은 서비스의 편집·운영 기능입니다.
The Service is a curation and information platform that highlights selected AI video works. Rankings, awards, and curator picks are editorial features of the Service.
추천·랭킹·어워드는 서비스 내부의 선정 기준에 따른 소개이며, 작품의 법적 권리 확인이나 공식 수상 인증을 의미하지 않습니다.
Recommendations, rankings, and awards follow the Service’s own criteria. They are not legal rights verification or official prize certification.
서비스는 YouTube, Vimeo, 크리에이터 공식 채널/사이트 등 외부 플랫폼의 링크 또는 임베드를 통해 작품을 연결할 수 있습니다. 서비스가 모든 영상을 직접 호스팅하지는 않습니다.
Works may be linked or embedded from external platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, or a creator’s official channel. The Service does not host every video itself.
회원은 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정과 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
Members must provide accurate information and keep their account credentials secure.
타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용하거나, 허위 정보로 가입해서는 안 됩니다.
Members must not use another person’s account or register with false information.
회원은 관련 법령과 이 약관, 서비스 운영 정책을 지켜야 합니다.
Members must follow applicable law, these Terms, and Service policies.
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나, 다른 이용자·크리에이터의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
Members must not disrupt the Service or infringe the rights of other users or creators.
회원 또는 크리에이터가 작품을 제출할 때에는, 자신이 제출할 권한이 있는 정보와 URL만을 제공해야 합니다.
When submitting a work, members or creators must provide only information and URLs they are authorized to submit.
허위 정보, 타인 권리 침해 콘텐츠, 무단 도용·재편집 의심 자료를 등록해서는 안 됩니다.
False information and content that infringes others’ rights must not be submitted.
제출만으로 작품이 자동 공개되지 않습니다. 서비스 운영팀의 검수 후 승인·수정 요청·반려·비공개가 이루어질 수 있습니다.
Submission does not mean automatic publication. The operations team may approve, request changes, reject, or keep a work unpublished after review.
YouTube, Vimeo 등 외부 서비스에 호스팅된 영상은 해당 외부 서비스의 상태, 정책, 지역 제한에 따라 재생 가능 여부가 달라질 수 있습니다.
Videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or similar services may or may not play depending on that platform’s status, policies, and regional limits.
AI CineCatch는 외부 영상을 소유하지 않으며, 외부 플랫폼의 원본 파일을 대신 보관·삭제할 권한을 주장하지 않습니다.
AI CineCatch does not own those external videos and does not claim the right to store or delete the original files on the external platform.
작품의 저작권과 소유권은 원칙적으로 원 제작자 및 해당 채널에 있습니다. 서비스에 소개된다고 해서 권리가 서비스로 이전되지 않습니다.
Copyright and ownership remain with the original creators and channels. Being featured does not transfer those rights to the Service.
크리에이터 신청, 프로필 관리권한 요청, 공식 채널 연결은 검수 절차를 거칠 수 있습니다.
Creator applications, profile-management claims, and official-channel links may go through review.
권리자는 서비스에 노출된 작품·프로필·정보에 대해 삭제 또는 노출 제한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 삭제요청 페이지를 통해 접수합니다.
Rights holders may request removal or limited exposure of a work, profile, or listing. Requests are received through the Removal Request page.
요청 접수만으로 즉시 삭제가 확정되는 것은 아니며, 필요한 경우 추가 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.
Filing a request does not immediately confirm deletion. Additional verification may be requested.
서비스는 작품 정보, 채널 정보, 임베드 가능 여부, 권리·출처의 명확성 등을 검토한 뒤 공개 여부를 결정할 수 있습니다.
The Service may review work information, channel details, embed availability, and rights/source clarity before deciding whether to publish.
AI 생성 또는 AI 보조 제작 여부 등 작품 소개 정보는 제출자 또는 공개된 정보에 기반할 수 있습니다. 서비스가 모든 제작 사실을 독립적으로 보증하지는 않습니다.
Information such as AI-generated or AI-assisted production may be based on submitter or public information. The Service does not independently guarantee every production fact.
약관 위반, 허위 제출, 권리 침해 신고, 운영 방해 등이 확인되면 게시 제한, 계정 이용 제한, 제출 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
If Terms are violated, false submissions are found, or rights issues arise, the Service may limit listings, accounts, or submissions.
서비스는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있으면 가능한 범위에서 안내합니다.
Features may change or be paused for operational or technical reasons. Material changes will be announced where reasonably possible.
서비스는 큐레이션·정보 제공을 목적으로 하며, 외부 플랫폼의 재생 장애, 원본 삭제, 지역 제한, 네트워크 장애에 대해 모든 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The Service provides curation and information. It is not liable for every playback failure, original-file deletion, geo-restriction, or network issue on external platforms.
회원 또는 크리에이터가 제출한 정보의 정확성, 권리 보유 여부, 외부 URL의 유효성에 대한 일차적 책임은 제출자에게 있습니다.
Submitters are primarily responsible for the accuracy of information, rights to submit, and the validity of external URLs.
회원은 계정 탈퇴 또는 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 삭제요청 페이지 또는 문의하기를 통해 접수합니다.
Members may request account withdrawal or personal-data deletion through the Removal Request or Contact pages.
법령상 보관이 필요하거나 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 방지에 필요한 정보는 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
Some records may be retained for a period where required by law or needed to handle disputes or abuse.
